Requirements for Riding
* Children must be 4 to 7 years old and weigh under 75 lbs.
* Waiver/ release form signed by parent or guardian.
* Hard soled shoes/boots with a low heel. No Tennis Shoes
* Long Pants
* Riding Hat which may be borrowed from Valley Riding, Inc. and returned after class.

Campers learn general care and safety rules used in working around
the ponies and in the barn. Each student helps to groom their ponies
before riding. There is one instructor for each class and volunteers
for the students. Volunteers assist campers at all times and lead the
ponies whenever a student is mounted.
Cost: $170.00 for 5 two hour classes. No make-up classes are offered. Refunds are given only with a doctors excuse. Maximum 6 students per class.

One Day Pony Camp
This one day camp gives children the opportunity to see how much fun ponies can be. This class consists of grooming the ponies and then a riding lesson. There is one instructor for each class and volunteers for the students. Volunteers assist campers at all times and lead the
ponies whenever a student is mounted.
Cost: $40.00 for 1 two hour class. Maximum 6 students.

Pony Lessons
This riding program is for pony campers ages 6 or 7 that have taken at least 3 Valley Riding pony camps and have a recommendation from their instructor. These students will be taught using English saddles.
Cost: $230.00 for ten 45 minute classes. Only one make-up class will be given at the end of the session.

Waiver Release and Registration Form | All classes have a limit to the number or participants who can safely participate. You are encouraged to register early. We accept cash, checks and credit cards (credit card payments must be made at Rocky River Stables). Refunds
will be made if a class is filled, cancelled or with a doctor's excuse. Attendance at class is the participant's responsibility.
Refunds will NOT be made because of non-attendance.
Registrations
are processed on a first come first served basis. You will NOT
receive a confirmation. Assume you are registered unless notified
differently by the office. Valley Riding, Inc. reserves the right to
reschedule or cancel classes should they not fill. Any class may be
cancelled because of insufficient enrollment.
